Once the human body loses oxygen inflow, the body begins to slowly die. Once you stop breathing, it’s possible to be resuscitated but many times the effect of no oxygen in the body has a long-term effect on the brain and bodily function.
Belief is the oxygen to our dreams! The moment you stop believing in your dreams is the moment they die. The longer you allow your dreams to go without oxygen the harder it becomes to resuscitate your dreams without long-term damage. The longer you go without believing in your dreams and the possibility of achieving them the harder it is to believe again.
I can remember the times in my life when I’ve lost belief. These were tough moments when I had significant failures and giving up seemed to be the best option. Luckily, I had great people around me. I had cd’s and mp3s of positive information to get me going again.
There will be times when you’re punched in the gut and you lose your wind. The solution:
1. Get up, dust yourself off and believe again! As quickly as possible!
2. Hang around others that will believe in you even when you don’t.
3. Listen and read positive information on a consistent basis. Allow this information to build your belief even when it’s high already.
4. Visualize your dreams. See: The Importance of Seeing your Dreams
